The Project
Design Brief
This project marked the culmination of our long-term relationship with Advanced Metal Powder,
since 2016. We supported them through COVID, helping maintain business stability through
strategic marketing efforts.
In 2022, as businesses reopened, the client recognized the need to accelerate growth and
expand operations. For the first time in Advance Metal Powder's history, they participated in
India Essen Welding & Cutting (IEWS), Southeast Asia’s key exhibition for joining, cutting,
and surfacing technology, held in Mumbai every two years. The event showcases the latest
advancements in manual and machine welding, providing a prime platform for industry leaders
to connect and innovate in India’s growing market.
Our Approach
Since this was their first exhibition, we were entrusted with designing the booth. Cost was a
major factor, as they were taking their first step toward establishing market presence and
engaging with new customers. Working within a tight budget, we strategically designed the
24-square-meter booth to maximize space, visibility, and impact.
Our booth design integrated the brand's two sister concerns while keeping Advanced Metal
Powder as the primary focus. Through strategic product displays, banners, and creative
communication, we effectively showcased their offerings and values.
The highlight of the booth was the pylons and product display. These pylons were tall standees
with a premium, sturdy design, creating a strong visual impact that symbolized the company's
stability and presence. Extending slightly above the booth height, they effectively communicated
the brand's service offerings and commitment to its customers.
The exhibition setup was designed to be modular and reusable, with nearly 60% of the
investment being reusable, adding significant value to the project.
The product displays were simple yet interactive, allowing visitors to touch and experience the
products firsthand. Clear labeling and an inviting setup enhanced engagement. Overall, the
exhibition provided a significant business boost, particularly as the market was recovering from
COVID. This success motivated them to actively participate in future exhibitions.
