Design Brief
When a business growth stagnates for a few years, one should find the reasons and eliminate those to clear the pathway for success. Masturlal Fabrichem did just that and found they needed design to differentiate from their competitors.
Masturlal Fabrichem, established in 1980s, is a family-owned business that makes industrial filters to help factories comply with industrial emission norms. They were facing growth challenges when they engaged us. Inspite of offering world class quality of bags and having tie-ups with German Company, they were still to see real growth.
Our approach
In the 6 month long tenure that we worked on the project, we worked across a spectrum of design fields. We refined the existing logo and harmonised it the new age forwarding looking business. The typography was chosen jointly with the client and with the newly refined logo, the unit exudes a sense of commitment, engineering and solidarity in business.
Essentially working towards a cleaner environment, we were inspired by the fresh colors of patterns seen through a kaleidoscope. These Kaliedoscope resembled factory chimneys but the difference is what you see in them. This thought drove the entire development of the brand design.
Their online presence was worked upon with singular focus - be featured within the 1st page of google search. Incisive research, content strategy and copywriting, deep and consistent seo over 1 year, an easy CMS for managing website content helped us deliver the results. The Managing Director vouches that 'good design helped them break the barriers and put them on a faster growth path...'
The Company has earned the reputation of a world class manufacturer not only within India but also internationally. They have earned respectable position amongst their international suppliers as well as customers. In the past 4 years, not only have they added production capacities, but they have setup another factory that manufactures cages to supplement their existing product offering of filtration bags.
